Sweet, sweet moments that say, we were cherished,
They mean so much in the lonely dark hours
When night creeps slowly by
Playing with my thoughts
Hoping to hear the footsteps that never come.
A tear or two may escape from my eyes,
Slipping down upon my cheeks
Never forgetting the joy each of us shared
Just standing by your side, holding your hand
Leaning upon your chest to hear
The beating of your huge heart
Filled with love. joy and pleasure,
Thankful in finding a soul mate
To have shared a beautiful life
Beyond my wildest dreams
Someday we shall be together again
Thunder will roar and
Lightening will flash like our love
The rain will gush and wash the ground
Duplicating the way we cherished each other
The wind will blow
Shaking the trees to their roots,
Celebrating in our bonding
Together forever and ever!
